Welcome to PeepalComm (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.peepalcomm.in and our printing, packaging, and corporate gifting products and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services.

PeepalComm is a printing, packaging, and corporate gifting company based in New Delhi, India, offering integrated design, print, packaging, and gifting solutions to businesses and individuals.

2. Eligibility

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, or that you are placing an order on behalf of a business entity with authority to do so.

3. Orders and Quotations

All quotations provided are valid for the period specified therein and are subject to change without prior notice unless confirmed in writing.
An order is confirmed only upon our written acknowledgment and receipt of any applicable advance payment.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including due to design, content, or capacity constraints.
Minor variations in color, material, or finish from digital proofs or samples are inherent to the printing process and do not constitute a defect.

4. Design Files and Content

Customers are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legal right to use all design files, artwork, text, images, and content submitted for printing.
We reserve the right to refuse any order containing content that is unlawful, infringing, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
Where PeepalComm provides design services, ownership and usage rights of the final design will be governed by a separate agreement or as specified in the order confirmation.
Customers are solely responsible for proofreading and approving final artwork before production. Once approved, we are not liable for errors present in the approved file.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are subject to applicable taxes.
Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may vary based on customization, quantity, and specifications confirmed at the time of order.
Payment terms (advance, partial, or full payment) will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Production will commence only after receipt of the agreed payment.
We reserve the right to revise pricing at any time without prior notice; confirmed orders will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

6. Production and Delivery

Estimated production and delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation and are approximate, not guaranteed.
Delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control (including but not limited to courier delays, raw material shortages, or force majeure events) will not constitute a breach of these Terms.
Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer upon dispatch to the courier or logistics partner.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information; we are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address details.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Since most products are custom-manufactured to order specifications, cancellations are only accepted before production has commenced.
Custom-printed and personalized products are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless the product is defective or does not match the approved specifications.
Any claims regarding quality, quantity, or damage must be raised within a reasonable period (as communicated separately in our Returns Policy) from the date of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence where applicable.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the peepalcomm.in website, including logos, graphics, text, and design templates (excluding customer-submitted content), is the property of PeepalComm and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Customers retain ownership of their own submitted artwork and content, and grant PeepalComm a limited license to use such content solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of PeepalComm’s proprietary materials is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeepalComm’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific order.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of business, profits, or goodwill, arising from the use of our website or Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PeepalComm, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your submitted content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting unauthorized access, introducing malicious code, or engaging in activity that disrupts the website’s functioning.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website for any user who violates these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
